Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur metropolis has reported a complete of 123 instances of Zika virus thus far, stated Further Chief Secretary (Well being) Amit Mohan Prasad.
Out of the whole, 96 instances are energetic. One case of Zika virus was reported in Kannauj and three in Lucknow.
“A complete of 123 instances of Zika virus have been reported in Kanpur district thus far, out of which 96 instances are energetic. One case of Zika virus was reported in Kannauj and three in Lucknow,” Mr Prasad stated.
“We’re taking vital steps and doing contact tracing,” he added.
Attributable to a virus transmitted primarily by the Aedes mosquito, which bites in the course of the day, signs of this illness embody delicate fever, rashes, conjunctivitis, muscle and joint ache, malaise, or a headache.
