The Ministry of Tourism circulated the SASCI tips to the state governments with a request to formulate and submit the mission proposals to the ministry, that are iconic in nature and might create impactful locations, they mentioned.
By the final date of submission, October 15, 2024, a complete of 87 mission proposals had been obtained costing greater than Rs 8,000 crore, a senior official within the ministry mentioned.
