Basavaraj Bommai took oath as Karnataka Chief Minister right this moment, succeeding BS Yediyurappa who resigned on Monday. Mr Bommai was sworn-in by the Governor in a short ceremony in state capital Bengaluru. Mr Yediyurappa was current on the stage.
