The ruling Trinamool Congress on Saturday accused the BJP of “capturing” three of its social gathering workplaces in West Bengal’s Purba Medinipur district following the resignation of senior minister Suvendu Adhikari from the Mamata Banerjee cupboard.
The BJP, nevertheless, denied the allegations and claimed none of their activists had been concerned in such incidents.
The TMC heavyweight, who can also be the MLA of neighbouring Nandigram seat, resigned from his ministerial submit on Friday. He’s reportedly sad with the social gathering high brass over some points.
Khejuri’s TMC MLA Ranjit Mondal mentioned the BJP cadre captured booth-level social gathering workplaces of the TMC on Friday night after Mr Adhikari’s resignation.

Native TMC member, Sheikh Naushad, claimed that the BJP activists ransacked three social gathering workplaces at Kulta, Amiachak and Patna, shouting slogans that these workplaces now belong to them.

“The BJP doesn’t imagine in capturing different events’ workplaces. The TMC had itself captured workplaces of different events in Nandigram and Khejuri previously. Now the folks have turned in opposition to the TMC and are occupying their social gathering workplaces,” he mentioned.
