In a horrifying incident, a toll plaza worker was mowed down by a rushing automotive on the Delhi-Lucknow freeway in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur on Sunday. The incident passed off on the Chhajarsi toll plaza and was captured on surveillance digicam.
The footage exhibits the automotive driver deliberately hitting and crushing the toll plaza worker. The toll plaza worker was dragged for a distance by the automotive.
The video of the incident circulated on social media platforms.
Police have registered a case and efforts are underway to apprehend the accused answerable for the act.
Varun Mishra, DCP, Pilkhua Circle stated, “An individual intentionally rammed his automotive at a Chhajarsi Toll Plaza worker. A case has been registered & the accused will probably be apprehended on the earliest…”
