The place of the fee is a plot positioned in Curaumilla, Valparaíso, an area that falls into the ocean with a steep slope and that has two predominant spatial conditions: on the entrance, a large view of the horizon and the ocean that’s perceived from the highest of a creek, and from the within, views filtered by a forest of pines and glades. The undertaking is a second home with a program divided into two areas, one non-public, with two bedrooms en suite and the opposite with the social house, an open kitchen, a visitor toilet, a eating room, a lounge and terraces.

The undertaking is positioned proper on the sting the place the forest ends and the gorge begins to fall, being virtually the one place from the place the doorway to the ocean may be seen. Ambos cuerpos se conectan con un brazo transparente que recorre la cota, la delgada “frontera bosque-mar” permitiendo, por una parte, la vivencia de ambas situaciones y por otra, el fluir pure de la topografía, constituyéndose como una “angostura” traslúcida que filtra el lugar, mar e inside, extendiéndose los límites visuales más allá de lo construido.
