Drugs Worth Rs 12,000 Crore Seized From Ship Along Kerala Coast, Pak Man Detained

In a large drug bust, practically 2,500 kilograms of methamphetamine value round Rs 12,000 crore was seized from a vessel in Indian waters alongside the Kerala coast in a joint operation by the Navy and the Narcotics Management Bureau (NCB), the anti-drug company stated on Saturday.

The NCB stated it was the biggest seizure of methamphetamine within the nation and a Pakistani nationwide has been detained in reference to it. Giving particulars of the seizure at a press convention held, NCB Deputy Director Normal (Ops) Sanjay Kumar Singh stated it was carried out as a part of ‘Operation Samudragupt’ which focused maritime trafficking of medicine originating from Afghanistan.
