EaseMyTrip to acquire Planet Education Australia, foray into study tourism

Journey reserving platform EaseMyTrip on Friday introduced it would purchase 49 per cent paid-up share capital of Planet Education Australia Pty Ltd to foray into worldwide study tourism. The acquisition creates synergy between EaseMyTrip’s buyer base, B2B brokers’ community, tech capabilities and Planet Schooling’s in depth global education network, an announcement mentioned.

Sydney-headquartered Planet Schooling has a presence throughout 25 workplaces globally and connections with over 350 universities worldwide.

EaseMyTrip CEO & Co-Founder Nishant Pitti mentioned yearly lakhs of scholars pursue higher education in international locations such because the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, and Eire.
