Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk is ready to depose earlier than the Twitter attorneys earlier this week within the $44 billion takeover deal that he has terminated.

The deposition is slated for September 26-27 and will run into September 28 if wanted, in accordance with court docket filings, experiences Benzinga.
