Shares of Life Insurance coverage Company of India (LIC) on Friday ended with practically 3 per cent beneficial properties after the corporate reported a multi-fold soar in its April-June quarter web revenue to Rs 9,544 crore.
The inventory ended at Rs 659.95 apiece, up 2.78 per cent on the BSE. Through the day, it climbed 5.42 per cent to Rs 676.95.
On the NSE, it superior 2.85 per cent to settle at Rs 660 per piece.
In quantity phrases, 4.71 lakh shares of the corporate had been traded on the BSE and over 52.54 lakh shares on the NSE in the course of the day. The state-owned life insurance coverage behemoth had a web revenue of Rs 683 crore within the year-ago interval.
