The board has authorized issuance of round 1.1 lakh fairness shares at a problem value of Rs 2,260 apiece aggregating to about Rs 24.99 crore for buying 22,499 fairness shares of Datawrkz Enterprise on preferential foundation, Nazara Applied sciences mentioned.
