Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Friday accused the federal government of downplaying the menace posed by China, saying Beijing was making ready for conflict however Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s administration was “sleeping”, days after a conflict between troops of the 2 international locations alongside the de facto border in Arunachal Pradesh.
