The Serum Institute of India, the world’s largest vaccine makers, has sought the drug regulator’s permission to conduct a small home trial of the Novavax Inc COVID-19 vaccine that was discovered to be 89.3% efficient in a UK trial, its CEO advised Reuters on Friday.
