The Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to intrude with an order of the Allahabad High Court that allowed the Uttar Pradesh authorities to proceed the choice course of for the recruitment of 69,000 assistant academics within the state faculties.
The particular go away petition (SLP) filed by petitioner Amita Tripathi had challenged the order of Allahabad High Court’s Lucknow Division Bench within the matter.
