A video exhibiting a lady tied to an electrical pole and being overwhelmed up by a person has surfaced on social media, days after the incident was reported to police.
The 22-second video clip reveals Shayambihari, the husband of Kusuma Devi, beating her up as she is tied to a pole and later, dragging her behind him after setting her free.
Based on police, the incident occurred on July 14 in Arsena village situated throughout the Sikandra police station limits in Agra.

A case towards the person and his mom was registered the identical day and since then, each accused have been lacking, police mentioned.
“The incident is of July 14 of Arsena village underneath the Sikandra police station in Agra. A video of the incident surfaced on social media platforms on Wednesday,” Sikandra police station in-charge Anand Kumar Shahi advised PTI.
“The person within the video was recognized as Shyambihari, the husband of the sufferer, Kusuma Devi,” he mentioned.
Shahi mentioned Shyambihari and his mom, Barfa Devi, had been booked underneath sections 323 (inflicting harm voluntarily), 504 (insulting deliberately), 342 (wrongful confinement) and 354 (outraging a lady’s modesty) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
In her grievance, Kusuma Devi had claimed that on July 14, she was overwhelmed up by her husband and mother-in-law and was threatened to not complain in regards to the incident to police.
“After they acquired to know that I had gone to police, my husband tied me to an electrical pole and thrashed me. The video of the incident was recorded by the neighbours,” she mentioned.
