The boys suspected to be conducting a recce of Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Sanjay Raut’s bungalow right here on Friday morning had been discovered to be testing the cell community for a telecom firm, police stated.
Two males on a bike had been seen outdoors the Sena (UBT) chief’s bungalow ‘Maitri’ in Bhandup space round 9.30 am.
