AAP’s Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh on Friday lodged a criticism with the Lucknow police that he has acquired a menace to his life from an unknown individual calling him from a selected quantity.
On Mr Singh’s criticism, an FIR has been registered on the Gomti Nagar police station in Lucknow, Police Commissioner D Ok Thakur instructed PTI.
“I acquired demise threats once more. Possibly some individuals wish to kill me. No downside however I wish to inform these cowardly goons that I can’t cease elevating my voice towards crime and corruption,” the senior Aam Aadmi Occasion chief stated in a tweet.
“Lucknow Police ought to be aware of this quantity from which the decision was made and which was diverted to my affiliate Ajit,” Mr Singh added.
Mr Singh additionally shared the quantity with the police from which he acquired the menace.
Police Commissioner Mr Thakur stated the police have begun a probe into Mr Singh’s criticism.
