Adani Group signs MoU with Odisha govt for Rs 2.3-lakh crore investment in 5 years

The Adani Group on Tuesday signed an MoU with the Odisha authorities, committing an funding of Rs 2.3 lakh crore over the following 5 years throughout a number of sectors. The MoU was signed right here on the ‘Utkarsh Odisha-Make in Odisha Conclave’, which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier within the day. Managing Director of Adani Ports & Particular Financial Zone Ltd, Karan Adani, met Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and signed the settlement for funding in sectors like energy, cement, industrial parks and aluminium, an official mentioned.

“That is the largest funding intent by any group within the conclave,” Extra Chief Secretary (Industries) Hemant Sharma advised reporters.

He mentioned 54 MoUs price Rs 4.5 crore have to date been signed on the primary day of the conclave.
