Air India collaborates with Microsoft for improving productivity, cost savings


Non-public provider Air India on Monday stated it has collaborated with Microsoft for enhancing productiveness and price financial savings. Adopting Microsoft 365 instruments and its safety options as a part of the collaboration will allow productiveness and safety for Air India staff throughout the organisation, the airline stated in an announcement.

The rollout of Microsoft applied sciences enterprise-wide will allow each worker of the airline to attach, talk, and collaborate with different staffers wherever on this planet instantaneously and in a safe method, it stated.

“As we set out on the journey of reworking Air India’s know-how panorama, on the high of our agenda was deploying a world-class productiveness, collaboration, and safety suite. The set of applied sciences that we’ve now deployed from Microsoft will assist us reimagine our worker expertise,” Air India’s Chief Digital and Expertise Officer Satya Ramaswamy stated.

“We plan to develop methods that implement distinctive airline use circumstances reminiscent of precision time schedule and plane turnaround administration on high of the deployed Microsoft applied sciences,” he added.
