Allahabad High Court Rejects Bail Plea Of Ex-Lawmaker In Murder Case

Allahabad Excessive Courtroom has rejected the bail plea of former MP Rizwan Zaheer in a homicide case.   

The Lucknow Bench of the courtroom noticed that Mr Rizwan has a prison historical past and at any time when he got here out from the jail, he indulged in a critical offence. He was charged with having received Firoj Ahmad, alias Pappu, Balrampur district killed.

Based on prosecution, Mr Firoj wished an meeting ticket from the Samajwadi Occasion from Tulsipur constituency whereas Rizwan wished a ticket for his daughter.

It was alleged that as a result of political enmity, Mr Rizwan conspired to get Firoj killed.

In January, Pappu, a former nagar panchayat president of Tulsipur in Balrampur district, was murdered, the case wherein six folks, together with Rizwan Zaheer, his daughter and son-in-law had been arrested.
