Amazon stated Friday it was buying the encrypted messaging app Wickr which affords safe communications for companies, authorities businesses, and people. Phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Amazon stated in a press release it will incorporate Wickr in its Amazon Web Services (AWS) division which affords cloud computing and different companies.
AWS will proceed to supply Wickr companies together with end-to-end encrypted communications which meet sure regulatory necessities.
