Hyderabad:
Union minister Amit Shah is visiting to Hyderabad for a rally forward of the by-elections in Telangana’s Munugode, the place the sitting MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy has switched from the Congress to the BJP. The by-poll grew to become mandatory after Mr Reddy switched sides and resigned.
The BJP has not been in a position to carve out a distinct segment in any southern state aside from Karnataka. In Kerala, it has simply gained a foothold with only one seat.
Touchdown in Hyderabad this morning, Mr Shah visited the Ujjaini Mahakali Temple and supplied prayers. He’ll handle the assembly in Munugode, about 85 km from Hyderabad, later this night.
At a public assembly in Munugode yesterday, Chief Minister Okay Chandrashekar Rao hit out on the BJP, saying it will cease offering free energy to farmers.
This morning, Chief Minister Rao’s son, KT Rama Rao — who can also be a minister within the state cupboard, directed a collection of jibes at Amit Shah. The primary involved dynastic politics, which the BJP claims to not apply.
“The daddy of an “Ace cricketer” who rose by way of the ranks & grew to become BCCI Secretary (purely on advantage) is visiting Telangana as we speak. He’ll marketing campaign for a gentleman whose brother is an MP & whose spouse was an MLC contestant And he’ll lecture & enlighten us on Parivarvad,” Mr Rama Rao tweeted.
In a separate tweet, Mr Rama Rao mentioned the folks of Telangana are eager to listen to from Amit Shah why the Gujarat authorities determined to launch the 11 rapists of Bilkis Bano.
Mr Shah can also be more likely to meet widespread actor Jr NTR, former Chief Minister NT Rama Rao’s grandson, who acted within the current film ‘RRR’.
Within the 2009 Andhra Pradesh Meeting elections earlier than the State bifurcation, Jr NTR campaigned for the Telugu Desam Get together. Later, he distanced himself from politics to deal with his profession in films.
