Members of Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh (ABRSM) Andhra Pradesh unit have urged the Division of Increased Schooling authorities to resolve the long-pending problems with the college working in public universities and different establishments of upper schooling.
In a letter addressed to the Principal Secretary, Increased Schooling, Kona Sasidhar, on Sunday (June 1), the Mahasangh’s State president Y.V. Rami Reddy and State basic secretary D.S.V.S. Balasubramanyam urged Mr. Sasidhar to fill the 5,000 vacant posts within the universities, diploma faculties and different establishments of upper schooling throughout the State, to abolish the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) and restore the Previous Pension Scheme, to launch the 4 pending DA arrears to the staff and to launch the retirement advantages and different arrears to the retired staff.
Additionally they insisted for fast appointment of the State Pay Revision Fee (PRC) and fixing of the Interim Aid, to revive the sooner timings of junior faculties from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., implementation of GO No. 110 in all State universities and better instructional establishments and implementation of transfers within the authorities diploma faculties.
Mentioning that although the federal government staff made month-to-month funds in direction of medical insurance, they had been denied the cashless claims facility by the hospitals, the Mahasangh leaders stated the division ought to look into it and do the needful.
They stated the federal government had paid solely 10% of the staff’ dues and urged the authorities to push the redesignation file of the diploma faculty school pending on the Secretariat. Additionally they urged the federal government to nominate full-time Vice-Chancellors to the colleges which didn’t have an everyday V-C.
