    Congress MP Shashi Tharoor – identified for his extraordinarily huge vocabulary – on Sunday put out a tweet laced with sarcasm to focus on the BJP authorities on the centre by introducing a brand new phrase – “anocracy”.

    The tweet comes only a day after the Election Fee introduced the ballot dates for 5 states as Congress tries to revive its fortunes after a number of election setbacks over the previous couple of years.

    In Punjab, Congress is attempting to retain energy whereas in Uttar Pradesh, it is attempting to place up a troublesome battle for the ruling BJP.
