Apple to help workers get Covid-19 shots at its offices


Apple mentioned on Friday that it’s beginning a program to assist workers get voluntary Covid-19 vaccinations on the iPhone maker’s places of work.

The corporate is working with drugstore chain Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc as its vendor and can open a web site for its staff to join appointments, an Apple spokeswoman mentioned.

Apple is among the first giant Silicon Valley firms to launch a program to assist staff get vaccinated.

Deutsche Bank earlier this month turned the primary massive financial institution in New York to say it could supply workers COVID-19 vaccinations at its places of work.

Final month, Amazon began onsite vaccinations for front-line workers, beginning in Missouri, Nevada and Kansas.
