Republic TV editor Arnab Goswami paid “lakhs” to senior officers of TV scores company BARC, together with former CEO Partho Dasgupta, to control the channel’s TRP (tv ranking level), Mumbai Police alleged in a remand notice submitted to a Justice of the Peace’s court docket on Monday.
