Assam Ends 90-Year-Old ‘Namaz Break’ Tradition In Assembly

The decades-old Assam Meeting custom of a two-hour break to facilitate Muslim legislators to supply ‘namaz’ on Fridays was discontinued for the primary time through the ongoing finances session.
