Assets Worth Rs 6.28 Crore Of Saradha Group Of Companies In Assam Attached

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has hooked up belongings value Rs 6.28 crore of Saradha Group of Corporations in Assam for working unlawful Ponzi schemes by befooling frequent individuals, the company stated on Friday.

The properties had been hooked up beneath the Prevention of Cash Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002 in reference to a case.

The Enforcement Directorate initiated a money-laundering investigation on the idea of varied First Data Experiences and chargesheets filed by totally different legislation enforcement businesses beneath Part 120B (legal conspiracy) and Part 420 (dishonest) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) towards varied corporations of Saradha Group.
