Days after newly sworn-in Bihar schooling minister and JDU chief Mewalal Choudhary was compelled to resign over a three-year-old corruption case, an attention-grabbing query has emerged. Who, actually, was behind the resignation of the two-time MLA from the Tarapur constituency?
