Delhi BJP president Adesh Gupta expelled the councillors — Amarlata Sangwan (Timarpur ward), Saroj Singh (Trilokpuri), Atul Kumar Gupta (Kondli) and Radha Devi (Mongolpuri) — from the occasion on April 15.
