Following the defeat of Bharatiya Janata Occasion (BJP) in Himachal Pradesh and Haryana by-polls, Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) chief Rakesh Tikait on Wednesday stated it’s a “victory of farmers’ motion”.
Talking to ANI, Mr Tikait stated, “They wish to suppress the individuals of this nation. Their strong-arm techniques are rising. They wish to promote the nation. Inflation is rising day-to-day. Individuals are upset with their governance.”
“BJP has misplaced in Himachal Pradesh and Haryana. This defeat has been rewarded by the people who find themselves upset with them. BJP’s defeat is the victory of our motion,” Mr Tikait stated.
Describing the victory of Indian Nationwide Lok Dal (INLD)’s candidate Abhay Singh Chautala on Haryana’s Ellenabad meeting seat, the BKU chief stated “Individuals have given their stamp of approval to the farmers’ motion by supporting Chautala.”
Talking about Madhya Pradesh by-poll outcomes Mr Tikait stated, “We’ll strengthen our motion in Madhya Pradesh as a result of the victory of BJP is the victory of strong-arm techniques.”
He additionally stated that if the Centre doesn’t hearken to farmers, then BJP will carry on shedding. “Their guarantees and their actions are completely different. They don’t seem to be fulfilling what they promised earlier,” he stated.
By-polls for 3 Lok Sabha constituencies, 30 Meeting seats befell on October 30 and the outcomes have been declared on November 2.
