A case was registered on Saturday in opposition to ex-Samajwadi Social gathering MLA Rameshwar Yadav, who was arrested two days in the past in one other case, for alleged unlawful occupation of a authorities land, police stated.

The arrest had come after an FIR was lodged in opposition to Rameshwar Yadav and his brother Jugendra Singh Yadav below the Gangster Act on April 18 for alleged land encroachment.
