Delhi Man Arrested For Luring Women Into Sending Nude Pics, Videos: Police

New Delhi:

A 21-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly befriending ladies from South Asian international locations on-line and luring them into sending their nude pictures and movies in trade for cash and later threatening to leak them in the event that they did not ship extra such content material, the Delhi Police mentioned Thursday.

The accused Jatin Bhardwaj often focused ladies who allegedly suffered from despair or these belonging to the weaker financial sections by means of the “Discuss Life” cell software, they mentioned.

The accused has allured over 15 ladies and managed to get nude pictures and movies from three of them, the police mentioned.

A case was registered on the criticism of an Indonesian lady who alleged that she met the accused on the Discuss Life app, a senior police officer mentioned.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Shahdara) R Sathiyasundaram mentioned, “Our group collected all of the related data relating to the case. The accused’s cell quantity was discovered to be switched off. However after analysing the decision particulars and possession of the quantity, he was arrested.”

The investigation continues to be on and the involvement of others is being verified, he mentioned, including that the cell phone with obscene content material has been seized.
