Delhi Man Fired At People Over Bursting Crackers On Diwali, 4 Injured


The Delhi Police stated a case has been filed underneath the Arms Act

New Delhi:

One man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly firing bullets at individuals for bursting crackers in his locality within the Keshav Puram Police Station space within the nationwide capital late on Monday night time, stated police.

The accused had been recognized as Arvind Kumar.

4 individuals have been injured within the Keshav Puram Police Station space after the accused confronted a couple of individuals bursting crackers in his locality, added the police.

An FIR was registered underneath the Indian penal Code and Arms Act at Keshav Puram Police Station.

Two empty cartridges have been recovered from the spot and one unlawful automated pistol, and a dwell cartridge was recovered from the accused’s possession.

As per the physician’s opinion, all victims are in secure situation.
