A employee at a meals outlet in east Delhi’s Preet Vihar was killed in a battle with a colleague early Thursday, police mentioned.
The incident occurred at a meals nook owned by one Tripta Rastogi, they mentioned.
Based on police, they obtained a PCR name from Rastogi that two of her staff, Suraj and Prakash round 2 am received right into a battle throughout which Suraj reportedly struck Prakash on the pinnacle with a dumbbell and fled.
Rastogi rushed to the restaurant and located Prakash bleeding profusely. She rushed him to a close-by clinic and from there to Hedgewar Hospital the place he was declared lifeless.
“We have now registered a case of culpable murder not amounting to homicide in opposition to the accused and additional investigation has been launched. A criminal offense staff inspected the scene, recovering the alleged weapon used within the assault,” a senior police officer mentioned.
