Mumbai:
A 35 year-old-man allegedly dedicated suicide by consuming rat poison at his residence in Kurla right here as he was depressed over having no little one regardless of marrying 5 years in the past, a police official stated on Wednesday.
The incident occurred at Qureshi Nagar locality in Kurla, he stated.
“The person, recognized as Mazhar Ali Ansari, resided together with his spouse. He was underneath despair and used to often inform his close to and expensive ones that his life was incomplete with no little one,” an official of Chunabhatti police station stated.
He consumed rat poison on Monday night time and was declared useless on the Sion Hospital the subsequent day, he stated.
The police recorded the assertion of his elder brother, who advised the police that the household doesn’t suspect anybody.
An unintentional demise report (ADR) was ready and investigation into the case is underway, the official added.
