Direct Tax Collections Cross Rs 6.53 Lakh Crore So Far This Financial Year

Gross direct tax assortment grew 15.73 per cent to Rs 6.53 lakh crore until August 10 within the present fiscal, the Revenue Tax division stated at the moment.

“The provisional figures of direct tax collections as much as tenth August, 2023 proceed to register regular development,” the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) stated in a press release.
