Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar has expressed concern that in an period of worldwide warming, not planting sufficient timber could lead to future generations having to put on oxygen masks to breathe.

On Thursday, the Minister planted a sapling on the Golkonda Space Hospital within the metropolis as a part of World Atmosphere Day celebrations. He referred to as upon everybody to affix arms for environmental safety and to simply accept tree planting as a social duty.

Earlier, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy requested individuals to re-dedicate themselves to doing their finest to convey sustainability to each facet of their lives by respecting nature and its boundaries.

He reaffirmed his authorities’s dedication to defending nature by rejuvenation, recycling, and reuse. He sought the cooperation of individuals to make Telangana the greenest, cleanest, and most environmental-friendly State.
