NESQUEHONING, Penn. – Elk Dwelling on Monday acquired the model and related stock of Norwell Lighting, a Massachusetts-based designer and distributor of inside and exterior residential lighting, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition expands Elk Dwelling’s product portfolio and enhances its lighting providing with the addition of Norwell’s exterior and inside lighting designs, classes which have continued to develop for Elk Dwelling, Elk stated in a launch.
“We stay up for the addition of Norwell merchandise to our lighting portfolio,” stated CEO Todd Webb. “The heritage of Norwell’s high quality, design and a focus to element aligns with our strategic plan as we proceed to raise and improve our lighting providing throughout all value factors.”
Norwell is a 70-year-old firm that designs and engineers its merchandise in East Taunton, Mass., in line with the corporate’s web site. It has two affiliated firms, Ilex and Customized Metalcraft. Its lineup contains sconces, flush mounts, chandeliers and pendants, and contains out of doors choices.
