1000’s of blackbucks have been seen crossing a highway at a nationwide park in Gujarat’s Bhavnagar district in a shocking video shared by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “Wonderful!” was how PM Modi described the sighting.
The video of the massive herd on the Velavadar Blackbuck Nationwide Park, initially tweeted by the Gujarat division of knowledge, was retweeted by the Prime Minister.

In accordance with the division, “over 3,000 blackbucks” have been the a part of the herd which was seen leaping excessive within the air whereas galloping away.
The blackbucks are protected animals and their searching is banned beneath the Wildlife Act since 1972. As soon as widespread by means of the Indian subcontinent they’re now part of the endangered species record after their numbers declined because of extreme searching, deforestation and habitat degradation.
The Velavadar Nationwide Park, an hour’s drive north of Bhavnagar, is known for its blackbuck inhabitants. Aside from the blackbucks, the park can be inhabited by a sizeable variety of birds and animal species.
