A Mumbai courtroom has requested town police to register an offence in opposition to actor Kangana Ranaut after the creator of “Didda: The Warrior Queen of Kashmir” accused her of copyright violation, an official stated on Friday.
Ashish Kaul, the creator of Didda: The Warrior Queen of Kashmir, which has been translated into Hindi as “Kashmir Ki Yodhha Rani Didda”, has accused Kangana Ranaut of copyright infringement.
Mr Kaul stated he has the unique copyrights to the life story of Didda who was the Princess of Lohar (Poonch), now in Jammu and Kashmir, and the Queen of Kashmir.
“Is it plausible by any stretch of creativeness {that a} story and a e-book are being usurped by a famend actor turned-social activist?” he added.
The Khar police are within the means of registering an FIR within the case, a senior police official instructed information company PTI.
