Flexi-staffing industry posts 9.7 pc rise in new employment in 2024-25: ISF


Home flexi-staffing industry has registered a 9.7 per cent rise in new employment within the final monetary 12 months, the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF) stated on Tuesday.

Regardless of a cautious market sentiment within the final quarter of FY25 as a result of geopolitical eventualities and commerce wars, the trade added 1.39 lakh new formal flexi employees in 2024-25, ISF stated in a report.

The report highlighted a sturdy 9.7 per cent year-on-year (YoY) development in new employment throughout the flexi staffing trade, bringing the full formal flexi workforce represented by ISF members to 1.8 million.

Flexi staffing refers back to the temporary hiring of employees momentary hiring both for a hard and fast interval or till the completion of a mission.

Indian Staffing Federation President Lohit Bhatia stated, “Regardless of world uncertainties, the staffing trade has continued to be a big contributor to formal employment, offering important alternatives for job seekers and enabling companies to keep up operational effectivity. The 9.7 per cent YoY development is a testomony to the inherent power and potential of formal workforce by means of staffing in India.”
