A courtroom in Berlin’s Pankow has denied the custody of 27-month-old Ariha Shah to her dad and mom and handed her over to Germany’s Youth Welfare Workplace (Jugendamt). Ariha has been within the custody of the Jugendamt since September 2021.
The courtroom granted Ariha’s custody to the German state on Friday and dismissed the declare of her dad and mom that the damage sustained by her was “unintended”, India Today reported.
