Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Tuesday condemned the brutal killing of a tailor in Rajasthan’s Udaipur metropolis and stated such heinous acts will solely serve to upset our harmonious dwelling.
He additionally urged the authorities to take stringent motion in opposition to the culprits, whereas interesting to everybody to take care of peace and calm.
“Strongly condemn the barbaric homicide in #Udaipur. Request the authorities to take stern motion in opposition to these accountable. Such heinous acts would solely serve to upset our harmonious dwelling. Attraction to everybody to take care of peace and calm and let the regulation take its course,” Mr Vijayan tweeted.
Two males with a cleaver murdered a tailor in Udaipur and posted movies on-line that stated they’re avenging an insult to Islam, triggering stray instances of violence within the Rajasthan metropolis, part of which was positioned beneath curfew.
The lads, recognized as Riaz Akhtari and Ghouse Mohammad, have been arrested on this connection.
