HR&CE Dept conducting festivals for saints including Nathamunigal, Thirunavukkarasar: Minister

An enormous sized 9-step tall golu was inaugurated on Monday on the Kapaleeswarar – Karpagambal Kalyana Mandapam in Mylapore by P.Ok. Sekarbabu, Minister for Hindu Non secular and Charitable Endowment division.
