The BJP has appointed its first-ever “WhatsApp Pramukh” in Madhya Pradesh’s capital Bhopal. Ramkumar Chaurasia, an MSc graduate, has been entrusted with the position, of utilizing WhatsApp to attach with the plenty and disseminate details about authorities schemes.
