Inside 17XM, North America’s First SmartScore-Certified Building

In this video, WiredScore‘s Group Product Manager Will Brouwer, spends the day at Skanska‘s newly open 17XM, the first SmartScore-certified building in North America. Located in Washington, D.C., the 11-story, 334,000-square-foot 17XM officer tower is a monument to innovation and smart building technologies, featuring at its core Siemens’ Desigo CC, an integrated BMS that pulls together data from HVAC and lighting systems, IoT sensors, dynamic 3D building maps, energy meters, and life safety alarm and security systems.
