TechnoPro will purchase 80% of the shares within the first tranche and the remaining 20% in a 12 months with the Udupi firm turning into an entirely owned subsidiary. TechnoPro expects to leverage the experience of Robosoft for its buyer base in Japan in Media, BFSI and Retail/EC industries.
“Creating and offering TechnoPro’s clients akin to producers and so on., with digital options combining Robosoft’s distinctive choices of advisory and UI/UX design and TechnoPro’s current applied sciences,” it stated in a press release.
Ascent Capital at the moment owns a majority 37.3% in Robosoft, Kalaari has round 27% with the remaining 35.7% held by 15 people together with its founder Rohit Bhat.
