Karnataka Minister Laxmi Hebbalkar survived a significant accident after her automobile crashed right into a tree in Belgavi district this morning. The accident befell on a freeway close to Kittur round 5 am when Ms Hebbalkar’s driver tried to keep away from hitting a canine that was crossing the highway.
The entrance a part of the automobile, a Toyota Innova HyCross, was fully broken within the accident, visuals from the spot confirmed.
All six airbags of the MUV opened after the accident.
Ms Hebbalkar, the Girl and Youngster Welfare Minister within the Siddaramaiah-led authorities, was travelling together with her brother, Channaraj Hattiholi, who’s a Member of the Karnataka Legislative Council.
She was returning after attending a Congress Legislature Celebration (CLP) assembly in Bengaluru final night.

As per obtainable studies, Ms Hebbalkar, 49, sustained minor accidents on her face and waist, whereas Mr Hattiholi has a minor damage on his head. Each have been taken to a hospital.
