After inaugurating its first phase as a landmark within the city redevelopment of Largo da Batata, LAPI is transferring ahead with its second section, establishing itself as a dynamic hub of tradition, gastronomy, and commerce in Pinheiros. Designed by Superlimão, with a masterplan by Spol and developed by Jacarandá Capital, the challenge expands the preliminary proposal by integrating new industrial areas and enhancing the connection between the blocks, selling a steady movement of individuals and experiences. In section 2, the method follows the idea of open and related occupation, respecting native identification and reinforcing the neighborhood’s vocation for gatherings and out of doors experiences.
